Responsibilities:
Handle trade order processing, shipping documentation and shipping and shipment related operations.
Requirements:
Good Honours degree in Business Adminstration, Economics, Marketing or related disciplines;
Minimum 2 years' experience with good understanding of incoterms for international trade in a manufacturing industry, shipping and customs related formalities and practices;
Competent in accurate and proper handling of export shipment documentation and operations;
Those without Degree qualification but posses 3-5 years' of related experience are encouraged to apply;
Experience in freight negotiation, container shipment and forwarding are added advantage;
Hold good business relations with internal and relevant external parties such as Government Departments, Customs, Forwarders, Surveyors, Brokers, Shipping Agents, Insurance Agents, etc;
Meticulous with a sence of urgency;
Fresh graduates with minimum 2nd Class Upper Honours Degree from a good university will be trained to gain relevant exposure.
