• Familiarity with any of the following: MARC21, UNIX, Linux, Oracle, SQL, Apache and Perl, XML, Web Services, RFID, .Net programming
• At least 1 year relevant working experience
• Good written & oral communications skills
• Enjoys travelling locally & internationally and working in a customer service environment
• Preferably possess own transport
