Accountant (2 positions)
(Kuala Lumpur, Penang)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions
• Responsible for the monthly closing of accounts within stipulated deadlines
• Lead and supervise a team of accounts staff to ensure timely preparation of all relevant financial reports and tax planning
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards
• Liaise with both internal and external parties including bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretary

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 8 – 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Financial & Reporting Accounting or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
