Farm Manager

Responsibilities:
-Assuring the most effective day to day operation of all production and support facilities in KKB Farm.
-Planning and ordering all inputs required for the production of the fish, assuring that all these components are available in KKB when required.
-Planning and organising the day to day use of the staff and workers.
-Assuring the production systems are used and implemented as per the specifications and all operation information is recorded daily.
-Assure that all quality control measure are employed as per the operating system specifications.
-Coordinate and assure the availability of fish supply per Sales & Marketing plans.
-Interact with other farm owners in KKB and assure that the production of fish in these farms is as per the standards.
-Assure that the KKB Farm meets all the expectations with regard to production and environment controls.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree / Master in any field.
-Possess good communication skills.
-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in systematic process controlled / process oriented environment - aquaculture, semi-conductor, manufacturing environment.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Kubu Baru (KKB).
-Must be able to represent the Company when there are visitors or investors visting the park. This requires some experience in dealing effectively with all levels of people.
-Good computer skills.
-Good management and leadership skills. Hands-on.
