Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementation and effectiveness of preventive maintenance program
• monitor the long term effectiveness of the maintenance program, analyze results, define requirements and set priorities
• Carry out weekly, monthly, & yearly preventive maintenance according to established maintenance procedures, minimize downtime and suggest improvement
• Ensure continuous machine improvement program to achieve as well as increase line efficiency
• Ensure all machineries and equipment are maintained at cost efficiency
• Assist in quality defect investigation and recommend counter measures

Requirements

• Degree / diploma in industrial / manufacturing engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience in printing line or manufacturing environment
• Able to operate MAN Roland 700 / 900 Printing Press Machine
• Knowledge of SPC and PLC will be added advantages
• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Committed, hardworking and able to work beyond normal working hours and / or shift basis
