Job Requirement
Years of Experience: · Min 3-4 years related working experience in Human Resource and admin function.
· Strong communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
· Good knowledge of the Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law, Industrial Relations and prevailing HR practices and legislation.
· Able to communicate well with all levels of staff
· Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is tactful in interacting with all level of employees
· Ability to multi-task, meticulous and high standards of accuracy in work delivered.
· Able to work independently with good presentation and communication skills
· Possess pleasant personality with strong leadership qualities, confidentiality, analytical and interpersonal skills.
· Responsible and trustworthy with confidential information.
Qualification: · Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
Job Description: Responsible in formulating and implementing Human Resource policies and procedures.
· Develop guidelines to attract, motivate and retain high performances and key talents.
· Lead and manage the Human Resource function to ensure a harmonious and productive environment.
· Ensure compliance with organizational policy/employment laws/labor ordinance and operational excellence for all Human Resource processes.
· Responsible for the recruitment and manpower planning, staff remuneration and benefits, training and career development, industrial relations and the overall staff welfare.
· Carry out half yearly staff evaluation and appraisal.
· Other responsibilities include liaising with relevant bodies, ie. insurance brokers in matters related to coverage and premiums; with government authorities in matters related to business operation licenses applications and government relations; and with legal advisors and corporate counsel in matters related to statutory and legal requirements.
· Provide an effective and efficient administration function to support the Company’s overall operation.
· Perform purchasing functions such as sourcing and negotiating for price and delivery terms
