Years of Experience: -Min 3 years of relevant working experience.
Qualification: -Diploma or equivalent preferable but not essential.
Job Description: (i) Identification of Market
-To assist with the identification of all accounts to be focused on within (name of depot) depot that will contribute to the achievement of the revenue and profit budget
(ii) Sales Planning and Development
-To ensure implementation of all indoor sales elements of the country sales channel strategic objectives thereby effectively contributing to the achievement of depot’s budget and revenues
(iii) Relationship Management
-To ensure we win, keep and develop customers through building lasting relationships
(iv) Marketing / Product support
-To support product development to ensure TNT’s value proposition is meeting the requirements of all sales channels
(v) People Management
-To lead, motivate and empower staff through effective and open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and teambuilding, in order to maximise customer satisfaction, business results and employee satisfaction
(vi) Process Management & Implementation
-To deploy and monitor sales channel processes, policies and procedures, from an Field sales perspective, in order to ensure the consistency, efficiency and quality of internal and external customer expectations
(vii) Sales Administration
-To ensure all sales administration activities in order to maintain accurate information essential to sustain revenue and customer service are carried out effectively efficiently
(viii) CSR and Health & Safety
-Comply with the company's corporate social responsibility, health, safety and environmental standards and responsibilities as identified within TNT Express management systems and directly support line management in effectively implementing these management systems.
