Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year in related field
Qualification: Degree in any field
Job Description: -Plan and coordinate general and specialized employee training, educational and development program creatively for various sets of participants (small and large group)
-Organize and develop training manuals, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visuals aids and other training materials.
-Screen and pretests training materials, educational and development programs.
Presents presentations/ programs to various groups.
-Maintain training manuals on the database and accurate records to monitor progress.
Supervise participants during training program
-Evaluation of training and development programs, amending and revising programs as necessary in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
-Partially handles business development responsibilities.
-Administer and maintain all training records and prepare monthly training reports
-Liaise with clients recommend relevant training program for all levels of staff.
-Perform other related duties as assigned
