Full-time HR & ADMIN MANAGER (JLN AMPANG, KL)

Job Requirement :

Years of Experience:
-Min 3-4 years related working experience in Human Resource and admin function.

路 Strong communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

路 Good knowledge of the Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law, Industrial Relations and prevailing HR practices and legislation.

路 Able to communicate well with all levels of staff

路 Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is tactful in interacting with all level of employees

路 Ability to multi-task, meticulous and high standards of accuracy in work delivered.

路 Able to work independently with good presentation and communication skills

路 Possess pleasant personality with strong leadership qualities, confidentiality, analytical and interpersonal skills.

路 Responsible and trustworthy with confidential information.

Qualification:
-Diploma and Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent

Job Description: Responsible in formulating and implementing Human Resource policies and procedures.

路 Develop guidelines to attract, motivate and retain high performances and key talents.

路 Lead and manage the Human Resource function to ensure a harmonious and productive environment.

路 Ensure compliance with organizational policy/employment laws/labor ordinance and operational excellence for all Human Resource processes.

路 Responsible for the recruitment and manpower planning, staff remuneration and benefits, training and career development, industrial relations and the overall staff welfare.

路 Carry out half yearly staff evaluation and appraisal.

路 Other responsibilities include liaising with relevant bodies, ie. insurance brokers in matters related to coverage and premiums; with government authorities in matters related to business operation licenses applications and government relations; and with legal advisors and corporate counsel in matters related to statutory and legal requirements.

路 Provide an effective and efficient administration function to support the Company鈥檚 overall operation.

路 Perform purchasing functions such as sourcing and negotiating for price and delivery terms
