Responsibilities:

• Plan and work closely with distributors in scheduling field activities
• Ensure business is conducted in an ethical business environment
• Provide support to distributor leaders through efficient counseling and field support
• Participate and support Company events and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Studies or a related discipline with minimum 2 years experience, preferably in handling customers
• Experience in organizing/emceeing events and presentations
• Service-oriented, well organized, detailed, mature, creative and able to work under pressure
• Possess positive attitude, good social and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Willing to travel extensively within Malaysia.
