Requirements

• Diploma / degree in hospitality management or its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in managing a 5-star or a reputable hotel restaurant with a similar capacity
• Familiar with menu planning, costing, kitchen operations, promotions and training
• Good organisational skills and is self motivated
• Knowledge on ISO: 9001:2008 and HACCP system
