The Holy Quran and Arabic Language Teaching

Let me introduce myself to you, My name is Sam, I’m from Cairo – Egypt, and I’m now In KL – Malaysia - Basically im a computer engineer, and I worked as a Developer. I already Invented and developed new Linguistics System that enables anybody - who knows how to read and write English (also this system will be applied on other languages like French, Dutch, Italian, Malay, ...) to read and write and pronounce the Arabic language and the HOLY QURAN in the right Arabic way, I worked on this system for 3 years, now im in Malaysia (as a muslim country) and I'm trying to find some muslim man/woman or any Islamic association to help me promoting this new system. As I’m new to Malaysia and I do not know the connection.
and with respect to the Basic Arabic Language Course Im ready to start with anyone who wants to learn Arabic Language.
and the good news is that I teached my new system to 3 French people that they already speak English in Dubai-UAE and now they Speak, understand, write Arabic
