• Responsible in preparing of billing, credit note, debit note, payment voucher and quotations.
• Handling and Responsible in reconciliation of Account Receivable, Account Payable and Petty Cash for company.
• Ensuring transaction entries are all updated in the accounting system and main proper filling system.
• Handling monthly closing reports such as statement of accounts, receipts and custom report.

Requirements:

Preferably Executives with working experience for Land Surveyor.
