Reporting to : Business Controller
Salary Range : RM3500 – RM5000

Responsibilities
Support the supply chain of function of the Company which includes purchasing, shipping, warehouse, distribution and logistics, which includes but not limited to the following :
• Design and implement Standard Operating Procedure for supply chain activities
• Support and manage the entire business unit supply chain activities and management i.e. management of inventory, logistic, ordering and other related activities, in line with business unit operational and financial strategies.
• Forecasting and regular review, ensuring optimum inventory level, i.e no out of stocks or over stock situation
• Continuously improve the supply chain functions contributing to business unit efficiency, productivity and profitability
• Support the supply chain team in meeting the goals and targets set by business unit management. To establish and manage supply chain business plan and budget
• Ensure effective implementation/maintenance of all current procedures related to supply chain activities
• Able to adapt fast paced changing environment daily

Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Logistic or equivalent
• Min 5 years of supply chain management experience especially in a multinational environment (with FMCG experience is an added advantage)
• Required skill(s) : MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word
• Required language (s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Japanese speaking would be an added advantage
• Excellent presentation & communication skill
• Resourceful with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrates positive working attitude and high passion to work
